Leads a team providing campaign and contingency planning support to DoD with priority to Combatant Commands (CCMD). Leads joint planning efforts to provide campaign support to OSD, Joint Staff, Services, CCMDs, and other DoD and federal agencies. Executes recurring onsite campaign planning and engagement support to geographical, functional, and sub-unified CCDRs. Integrates DoD Global Campaign Plan with CCMD campaign plans; develops annexes supporting global and functional campaign plans. Supports integration of campaign activities with OUSD(Policy), Joint Staff, CCMDs, Components, and other USG departments and agencies. Provides direct support during exercises related to the campaign mission. Supports development and comprehensive campaign strategy, doctrine, and policy reviews. Maintains subject matter expertise across the spectrum of campaigns. Deploys in support of CCMD planning requirements during threats of war, imminent conflict, or contingency operations.
