I am a versatile and capable IT professional; I have many years\' experience in systems administration, IT security, compliance auditing, tech support, and documentation. I am looking for an IT Operations/IT Infrastructure position, preferably in a small to mid-sized non-profit organization or an organization focused on research or contributions to the public good. I value a collegial environment, and prefer to be able to get to know the people I support. Specialties: I\'m highly experienced with Okta, G Suite, and a variety of SaaS platforms and tools. I have ample experience with user lifecycle management, access control, and device management. I am proficient with all things Mac and iOS. I am capable and competent with all versions of Windows, and I know my way around UNIX-like systems.

   After several years of managing the IT Team, I requested a move back to an individual contributor role so that I could spend more time on technical work. My focus has been on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and integrations between our various systems and SaaS tools. I am also heavily involved in our internal audits for SOX and SOC2, and am part of the team working on our FedRAMP certification. I\'m regularly involved in assisting our IT HelpDesk team with support, and with security work on the IT side of things in conjunction with our Security Team.
