   Work as a Process Engineer in the Systems Department where we develop customizable solutions to help customers handle & manipulate hazardous chemicals- Work on thermal design for a multitude of heat exchangers for chemically corrosive applications. These applications included heaters, coolers, interchangers, condensers, evaporators, absorbers, and strippers- Work as one of the lead engineers on the manufacturing of skid-mounted chemical systems. This includes selection of piping material, sizing of pumps, selection of instruments, and sizing of equipment- Help develop and maintain operation manuals for all chemical systems that were provided to customers. This included maintaining mass balances, PFD’s, P & ID’s, instrument lists, valve lists, and equipment data sheets- Assisted with large scale skid mounted projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget. This included continually updating “as built” costs and participating in project reviews with management to ensure proper accounting. This also included maintaining an overall project schedule with critical path items to illustrate to the customer the current status of the project- Provides commissioning and start-up support for skid-mounted systems.
