   Manages and monitors daily cash management transactions, reports cash operation activities and executes borrowing/investment transactions. Ensures liquidity and prepares cash flow projections. Assist in the development of bank relationships, determination of both short and long-term cash to be invested, and anticipation of both short and long-term borrowing needs. Track and resolve pay exceptions. Maintain all collections-related schedules for forecasting. Act as an expert advisor on banking issues for the business units and other corporate functional areas. Ensures compliance with SOX controls, FBAR, FATCA, anti-money laundering regulations, and other rules governing cash transactions and banking. Review funding needs and provide weekly reporting of treasury activities to senior management. Analysis of appropriate hedging and funding activities. Provide cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting. Drive treasury specific projects/initiatives for the firm. Handle cash management operations, overseeing account administration, reviewing and implementing improvement in cash management, and ensuring financial obligations are met by the organization. Prepare cash flow reports for upper management use, identifying and evaluating variances with other departments to forecast timing and amount of future cash flows, receiving wire transfers and handling outgoing wire transfers; as well as assisting in financial reporting.
