With 20+ years\' experience in the foundations industry. A proven ability demonstrated through successful running of multiple contracts, delivering them safely, to a high standard and within budget. Currently managing the Expanded Operations team, overseeing all geotechnical contracts nation wide, with full responsibility for project delivery. Experience working around rail assets – extensive experience of working to high tolerances around rail infrastructure in central London, including at Southbank Place, Tottenham Court Road over site, Canary Wharf, Farringdon and Liverpool Street Station projects. Builds strong stakeholder relationships – key member of the team, constantly working to build strong relationship within Expanded and with client teams Provides continuity – involved at tender, and continue involvement throughout award, early engagement and delivery Contracts involve many different piling techniques, including mini piling, large-diameter continuous flight auger (CFA), large-diameter rotary – with and without support fluid – and rotary cased secant, CFA secant and diaphragm walls. Extensive experience working across different sectors. Recent stakeholder interaction with Network Rail, London Underground and Crossrail whilst working around their infrastructure. Projects include Cannon Street (NR and LU), Canary Wharf, Custom House, Farringdon and Liverpool Street Crossrail Station projects, Soho Place (TCR oversite), Southbank Place.
