Oversee the management of the Systems Support Department• Provide technical support for all ROVs systems built under the Perry, Sub Atlantic, Slingsby Engineering and Forum brands.• Provide and manage technical support for all subsea tooling and associated ROV equipment build under the Forum brand• Manage and control the Feed Back and Support Ticketing system• Support customers with implementation and installation of third-party equipment.• Manage in field System Software/Hardware upgrades from point of order to installation• Manage the Warranty repair and replacement process• Provide a point of contact for our clients and implement corrective actions when required• Provide periodic technical reviews with all key clients and feedback suggestions and improvements• Author and distribute technical reports and bulletins based on lessons learnt and product changes• Provide Technical sales advice to customers at the point of sale, considering budgetary and technical requirements• Work closely with the engineering team during the R&D phases of products to ensure products are fit for purpose• Oversee the 24hr support phone• Provide customer visits and audits• Maintain a sound and comprehensive knowledge of our latest ROV products by being directly involved with Integration and commissioning.

Originally from Sheffield I’ve grown up with a passion for UK manufacturing and I’m proud to have worked for many industry and market leaders. I’m hugely fortunate that my career has taken me all over the world and I’ve been lucky to work with all types of people in often very challenging circumstances. I am currently Systems Support Manager at F-E-T where I am proud to support a wide range of manned and remotely operated subsea vehicles as well as many other subsea products. My hands on experience lays the ground work for understanding our end user’s requirements whereas my commercial experience ensures our clients get real value for money.Outside of work i love my family, building engines, live music, the gym and history.
