Leading the EMEA region pursuit & transitions approach to people within the JLL Work Dynamics business. I am responsible for the leadership of all HR activity throughout the business pursuit process and the execution of transitions. This focuses on supporting region and global opportunities through the pursuit process - opportunity kick off, RFP Q&A, HR Transition & BAU costing, support at client - yellow pad sessions and completing the HR - people element of the RFP\'s. Respond and meet with clients to provide insight on how JLL attract, transfer, develop and retain talent. Provide expert advice on the HR element of the MSA - contract to ensure organisation liabilities are minimalised. Lead a team who project manage the transfer of employees into JLL and our partners across the EMEA region. Working in partnership with the JLL country HR leads who manage the employee transfer at a local level and agree the transfer principles and timetable for employee engagement with the incumbent HR counterparts. Meet and work closely with the client team during the transition period to provide weekly project updates, manage issues and risks. The role is client focussed and with a strong knowledge of EMEA legislation and HR best practice including TUPE / ARD, Works Council/TU/CBA\'s and best practice for employee retention.
