I have a broad range of employment law experience and over the last eight years I have worked with a number of the UK\'s largest employers on pay compliance projects, including National Minimum Wage and holiday pay compliance and equal, ethnicity and gender pay gap issues. I have also worked closely with a number of employers to identify issues with working practices that can create legal risks. I have worked on a number of international M&A / business reorganisation projects. I have experience of managing large-scale redundancy projects across several continents and of managing TUPE transfers. My employment litigation experience includes Tribunal, High Court and Arbitration claims and I have advised on several partner expulsions, discrimination claims, a personal injury claim for a top executive and I have successfully been granted injunctions against individuals in breach of their post-termination restrictions. I also focus on investigation work for some of the UK\'s largest employers. This covers grievances, disciplinaries and investigations that arise from public allegations. This has led to me training senior executives and HR teams on a variety of topics, including sexual harassment and bullying.
