With nearly 20 years of relevant experience, I am a seasoned professional and expert in airport and aviation real estate and development initiatives, including leading successful airline efforts for P3 developments at SJU, LGA and PAE. With a proven track record of delivering large scale projects to facilitate growth and profit, I have driven more than $1B in on-airport capital development projects for various airlines and airports, including United and Alaska\'s combined nearly $700M renovation of Terminals 6, 7 and 8 at LAX as well as Alaska Airlines/Port of Seattle $700M expansion of the North Satellite at SEA and the launching of Alaska\'s own lobby redevelopment initiative (>$500M) to re-imagine the entire SEA North Lobby experience.As the Chief Development Officer for Avports, I continue many of those efforts leading business development efforts for one of the largest and most diversified airport management and development companies in the US. Leveraging skills and first hand experience in airline/airport operations and airport real estate, I identify, evaluate, and secure new opportunities for development and investment while maintaining and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
