An experienced architect well rounded in both business management as well as production team management. Management experience includes serving on the executive management board at a previous firm. Responsibilities there included financial tasks such as determining fees, writing proposals and additional services, budgeting manpower, tracking work-in-progress, tracking receivables as well as consultant contracts, writing RFPs, soliciting and evaluating proposals and negotiating fees and contracts.On the technical side experience includes managing the production of contract documents from start to finish, project planning and set up, task management for team members, redlining, creating details and code research.Projects are focused around the hospitality sector with both large scale projects of up to 2 million square feet and smaller scale corporate restaurant roll out programs.
