Create and implement sourcing strategy and process to include purchasing, sourcing, and business strategy projects for our OSP operations Ensure all sustainability requirements are met for responsible sourcing and uphold our values and commitment to the environment, our customers, employees, and shareholders Negotiate favorable terms, volume discounts, product promotions, cost reductions, and long-term contracts with suppliers. Negotiate regarding product integrity, nondisclosures, quality, and standards Utilize date and analytical tools to make effective and efficient decisions, analyzing various data inputs to optimize supply – based on location, cost, and quality Analyze delivery information and trends to ensure suppliers are executing to supply plans Forecast supply plans based on supplier-level information Create and manage required tools and processes to define, execute, and communicate supply plans on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Use a collaborative and consensus approach by working with CEO, CFO, and OSP leaders to satisfy demands within cost targets or any constraints Support CFO with special projects and workflow process improvements
