I oversee a wide range of construction and refurbishment projects, from structural upgrades and roofing to full-scale frameworks. Acting as Principal Contractor where required, I ensure full CDM compliance, health & safety, and contractual delivery.My role covers tendering, contract negotiation, and project delivery through to warranty handover, providing clients with a single point of contact for smooth, high-quality results. By combining construction expertise with strong compliance knowledge, I ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
