As a senior leader in enterprise risk management, and business continuity, I build and scale programs, lead teams that protect revenue, influence executive-level decision making, and prepare organizations to respond to the unexpected. I’ve authored risk strategy and end-to-end resiliency programs across high performing teams in both the corporate and federal segments; including multiple Fortune 500 organizations like Medtronic, UNFI and national defense agencies. I served as Senior Manager of Enterprise Risk Management at Medtronic, where I designed and operationalized a global ERM & BCM framework spanning four international regions. My work enables alignment with SOX, COSO, ISO, and SEC standards, while actively protecting $32B+ in annual revenue. I also led the company’s recovery during the 2024 CrowdStrike incident, a benchmark event later recognized by our Board of Directors as a top-tier example of crisis management execution.Prior to this, I developed and standardized business continuity practices across global supply chain functions—aligning 60+ critical product platforms under a single operational model. My earlier roles at UNFI and in the Department of Defense centered on managing large-scale risk audits, threat assessments, and developing leaders to support program rollouts for hundreds of cross functional departments and facilities.
