Strategic IT leader, Change Manager and Operations Manager with a strong track record of guiding organizations through transformation, optimizing operations, and leading high-performing technical teams across service desk, field services, network infrastructure, server administration, and NOC (Network Operations Center). I specialize in bridging the gap between vision and execution—developing scalable processes, mentoring future leaders, and aligning technology with business goals. As a Change Manager, I’ve led full lifecycle change initiatives and served on the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring seamless transitions and stakeholder alignment. Currently, I lead global initiatives leveraging Monday.com as our core ITSM and workflow platform—designing and implementing automations, integrations, and custom workflows that streamline service delivery across multiple regions. My work has helped unify operations, reduce manual effort, and improve visibility across teams.(Previously used Easy Vista, a platform with functionality similar to ServiceNow.)
