I also led the Learning and Development Community of Practice, helped design and onboard thousands of employees to a cloud-based platform to complete a competency assessment, and supported talent development programs.As a former Building Principal and Associate Principal, I provided full lifecyle recruiting, professional development and leadership to large teams, evaluated staff, and implemented systems for academic and behavioral support.
