OVERVIEW As Chief Operating Officer, I serve as the Lead Executive of a $14M, full service country club. KEY ROLES I oversee all aspects of club including its activities and rapport between Club and its Board of Directors, members, guests, employees, community, government, and industry. The Board of Directors defines club policies and I administer and communicate those policies to all constituents. Develop operating policies and procedures and direct work of all department managers. Implement and monitor budget, monitor quality of Club’s products and services and ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction. Secure and protect Club’s assets, including facilities and equipment.
