Please note: I am not currently looking for new employment opportunities.I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional, employed by Savills as Fire and Building Safety Lead - Associate Director. As part of the Safety + Team, I support colleagues from across the organisation with the implementation of fire safety measures in line with the requirements of the RR(FS)O, the Building Safety Act 2022, the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and related guidance. I specialise in the management of all aspects of fire safety, including asset management, fire risk assessment schedules, the implementation of FRA works and fire safety related occupancy issues.I have a comprehensive knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Approved Document B and related guidance. I have studied the recommendations contained in the first Hackitt Report, up to the point of enactment, as the Building Safety Act 2022, in order plan for implementation.I have previously managed Asbestos, fire safety related M&E and lift maintenance contracts, including compliance with LOLER.
