   Providence is an open source session replay tool that leverages cutting edge AI technology to provide meaningful insights with minimal time investment.• Engineered a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system incorporating an ETL process, vector embeddings, and OpenAI integration to process and analyze user sessions to enable real-time querying across an entire session database• Cut session replay review time by ~90% using AI generated summaries of raw session data• Architected an event preprocessing pipeline that transforms raw, serialized session data into structured, semantic natural language, decreasing AI hallucinations by up to 75%• Led design and implementation of user frustration detection functionality including dead clicks, excessive mouse shaking, and rage clicks to enhance session summary insights• Developed two separate deployment options: an AWS CloudFormation script for cloud deployment and a Dockerized application for local deployment• Enhanced Providence Agent script with custom timers to avoid polling and implemented network request interception to improve session summary accuracy• Designed a React dashboard allowing product teams to watch video-like replays of user sessions and to access AI tools• Collaborated remotely with a team of four engineers across three time zones using agile workflow• Authored in-depth technical case study
