I wear three hats at the US Army War College: 1) I have a seminar of 16 distance education students who I lead through their second-year studies (Defense Management and Theater Strategy and Campaigning).2) I am the Course Director the Second Resident Course, the final, in-person course of the Distance Education Program where we conduct a capstone wargame exercise, capstone speaker series, advanced studies, classified instruction and graduation,3) I teach and am a project advisor for the Futures Seminar - 6 teams of 5 resident students each get a future focused research question from a senior Army leader and spend the year learning modeling, collection, analysis, and production techniques to develop and produce a final report to answer the question.
