I’m a Fleet Operations and Safety leader with over a decade of experience building safer, more efficient, and financially disciplined fleet programs.As Director of Fleet Operations for BUOY6 Group of Franchises, I oversee strategy, safety, and lifecycle management for a fleet of 300+ trucks operating across 24 franchises throughout North America.My focus sits at the intersection of operations, safety, and financial performance, helping organizations reduce risk, improve uptime, and control total cost of ownership through better systems, technology, and leadership.Key outcomes from my work include:Technology & Telematics Strategy• Led implementation of platforms including Samsara, Whip Around, and Motive to improve compliance, driver accountability, and operational visibilityFleet Lifecycle & Operational Strategy• Developed scalable truck replacement and retirement strategies balancing capital investment, reliability, and cost controlI believe great fleet management is about more than vehicles.
