As founder of Be Kind AI Advisors, I partner with mission-driven organizations and forward-thinking businesses to bring practical, people-first generative AI (GenAI) training and support to their teams. Before launching my practice, I spent 10+ years in communications – most recently with McDonald’s Global Impact team – where I advised leaders on executive messaging, employee engagement, and emerging technologies. Today, I bridge those worlds of storytelling and technology to help others excel with GenAI.The amount of hype, jargon, hot takes, and pressure surrounding GenAI right now can be overwhelming. My focus is on providing plain English guidance and inspiration for non-technical teams. Through workshops, coaching, and advisory support, I empower people to save time, spark creativity, and focus more on the work that matters most. Inspired by my grandmother’s daily reminder to “be kind,” I bring that spirit into every partnership: leading with empathy, clarity, and respect for the human side of GenAI adoption and enablement.
