   As a Enterprise Applications Analyst I participate in analyzing business problems and working as part of the teams recommending solutions that improve automation, efficiency and drive measurable value. It involves evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet the strategic needs of the business and help derive indicated business outcomes. I will be responsible for ensuring successful maintenance and configuration of new Workday solutions, including redesigning existing features, while also understanding and recommending the optimized approach for implementing new features and operational support. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gap Responsible for understanding business requirements, independently be able to configure the Workday Financials product, advice best practices, driving solutions and documenting, as needed Leverage business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvements Participate in the change management and launch support processes of any new and modification of existing configuration Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, domain experts and end-user representatives Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met Assist project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance signoff.
