ABOUT MATT PRIESTLEY
My name is Matt Priestley. I am a Continuous Improvement Manager working within Transformation, supporting the Customer Care Channel for Barclays which covers face to face, voice, video and message.This role is a great transition from my last position in Performance Optimisation, where I owned projects through to delivery to improve customer and client journeys with the aim to improve overall performance.I am currently studying an MSc in Digital and Technology Solutions at Manchester Metropolitan University.I have worked for Barclays since 2006 in a number of roles. I achieved my VP in 2018. During my time in the Barclays Eagle Lab, I set up a flagship co-working incubator, where my role was to support businesses with their growth ambitions. Through this role I was recognised my A Magaize as one of their \'30 under 30\'- https://issuu.com/amagazineuk/docs/online_arlo_19__1_I enjoy playing sports and weight training. In 2015 I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro raising in the process for Challenge Cancer UK.I love being able to connect with others and helping customers and colleagues achieve their goals. I have previously been the face of Barclays in their marketing campaign around fraud awareness, featuring on the TV advert \"The imposter\" helping raise awareness of fraud prevention.
