   As a Senior Vice President for Land Advisors Organization, Matt Power specializes in the sale and marketing of land to publicly traded and privately held homebuilders, developers, investors and financial institutions. In 2004, Matt handled the execution and implementation of Land Advisors Organization into the unchartered Central California markets creating a larger platform and territory expansion for the company. He is a knowledgeable residential land expert primarily focused on the Central Coast from (Santa Barbara up through Monterey) and the south Central Valley from (Bakersfield up through Fresno). Matt has played an integral role in the sale of more than residential lots for consideration exceeding $575 million. Matt leads the day to day builder/client relations, deal sourcing and overall territory management for the firm throughout the region and has time and time again proven to be a successful closer.Areas of focus include, solution based selling, contract negotiations, business development and pipeline management, client relations and overall industry knowledge.
