   Work alongside producers and writers to create, edit, mix and design the sound of podcast episodes, advertisements, episode promos, social media marketing and other short and long form content to a high standard of quality. Maintain post-production best practices and develop new processes. Work in harmony with multiple team members under strict deadlines. Manage a team of audio engineers, training and developing elite audio best practices. Edit and create various audio and podcast landscapes from scratch, including narrative shows and interview style shows. Create and design custom trailers and audiograms for social. Oversee all sound design for our narrative and interview style podcasts. Create audio trailers for episodes and shows from concept to final mix. Collaborate with Mission producers to develop new podcast ideas andadvertising content for clients and partners. Oversee sound design & source and mix music for all podcasts, including various Mission marketing efforts including social media content, awards submissions, trailers, etc. Source music for use in ads, marketing content, and podcast episodes. Oversee a team of audio engineers to create and implement workflow procedures and best practices for all aspects of podcast production.
