   I am taking on some existing duties as well as creating a new role within one of the largest west coast aftermarket distributors. My number one priority is interacting with all of our franchisee\'s and work with them on efficiency and process, with some focus on business development. The goal is to make each and everyone of our locations as strong as they can be.I also work hand in hand with some of our corporate/regional customers that are serviced by many of our locations. I look for opportunities where our footprint matches regional service centers where we could supply them with superior service because of our geographic coverage.I am constantly working on a number of projects that will help with connectivity of the individual locations not only to corporate, but to other individual locations. The need to utilize our strength of size is critical to the further success and growth of the group.
