Matt C. Pinsker is an award winning criminal defense attorney in Virginia. A former state and federal special prosecutor in addition to a former magistrate, he is nationally recognized as a leading expert in criminal justice and is frequently sought by media outlets for expert legal commentary. He was also an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) teaching criminal justice and homeland security, and wrote the definitive textbook for teaching law enforcement and national security all over the country. He also served as a Captain in the US Army Reserves, where he was a leading criminal defense attorney in the Army JAG Corps.
