ABOUT MATT PAWLAK

With over 20 years of work experience in the investment industry, I am the Head of Global Consultant Relations at Sands Capital, a leading public and private growth equity firm. I hold the Series 7, 66, and AIF® credentials, and have a strong background in consulting and sales. I work with institutional consultants and clients to provide them with innovative and customized solutions that align with their investment objectives and values. I also leverage my extensive network and relationships to generate new business opportunities and expand the firm\'s presence and reputation in the market. Previously, I was a Vice President and a Regional Director at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where I managed and developed strategic partnerships with key consultants and advisors across the US. I also worked as a Senior Consultant and a Consultant at Hewitt EnnisKnupp, where I advised institutional investors on asset allocation, manager selection, portfolio construction, and performance evaluation. I am passionate about delivering excellence, value, and impact to my clients and stakeholders, and I enjoy collaborating with a diverse and talented team of professionals. I am always eager to learn new skills and insights, and to contribute to the growth and success of Sands Capital and the investment industry.
