I have worked for football club charities for over 20 years, and in that time have achieved a high level of success. As Chief Operating Officer, I was instrumental in developing Charlton Athletic Community Trust into becoming one of the biggest football club related charities in the UK, engaging with almost people per week across over 50 projects.I am an accomplished manager of people and I am skilled at developing relationships with partner organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors at both a strategic and operational level.I have an extremely strong track record of attracting funding for delivery of projects and activities through both grants and commissioning, but also in developing income-generating programmes which have contributed valuable unattached funding to the club charities I have worked for.
