As the National Senior Director of Clinical Operations at PharMerica, I lead a nationwide team of Directors and more than 250 consultant pharmacists dedicated to improving the lives of residents in skilled nursing and senior living communities. For over 20 years, my career has centered on advancing clinical excellence, optimizing medication management, and driving meaningful outcomes for older adults.I’m passionate about building innovative, evidence-based clinical programs that make a measurable difference—whether through psychotropic and antibiotic stewardship initiatives, medication optimization, or pharmacy-led transitions of care. My approach combines data-driven strategy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a deep respect for the patients and teams we serve.I’m a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP) and certified Age-Friendly Pharmacist, as well as a national speaker and educator in geriatric pharmacotherapy, clinical leadership, and behavioral health in seniors.My goal is simple: to help shape a more proactive, patient-centered model of pharmacy that enhances care quality, supports clinical teams, and drives sustainable improvement across the post-acute continuum.
