ABOUT MATT OSBORN

I am a PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner qualified Project Manager with a strong strategic focus on technology-led transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. I specialise in delivering complex change within operational environments, using technology to drive efficiency, resilience, and measurable business outcomes.I bring a mindset of continuous improvement to everything I do. In an industry where familiar approaches are often repeated because they “work,” I challenge the status quo and look for smarter, more sustainable ways of delivering results. I believe strong performance today should be the baseline for even better performance tomorrow.My career progression across frontline, analytical, operational leadership, and project delivery roles within the security sector gives me a unique end-to-end understanding of how organisations operate. This perspective allows me to design and deliver change that is both strategically aligned and operationally grounded, balancing governance, risk, and stakeholder needs with real-world delivery.I hold SMSTS and IOSH Managing Safely qualifications, along with CCURE Levels 1–3 certifications, enabling me to operate confidently across technical, operational, and safety-critical environments. Most recently, I achieved a Distinction in the Level 4 Cyber Security Technologist (Risk Analyst) qualification, strengthening my ability to assess risk, governance, and security implications across complex programmes of work.I am motivated by building sustainable capability, improving how organisations operate at scale, and delivering change that creates long-term value.
