   Integrity leader for the Phillips 66 Tank Center of Excellence (COE)- a centralized organization charged with planning, funding, and execution activities related to cleaning, inspection (API 653), and repair of large liquid storage tanks- Responsible for all API 653 Internal Inspection and repair work in both Refining and Midstream business units (over assets across the continental U.S.)- Supervise a team of Subject Matter Experts (4 Tank Integrity Specialists and 9 Equipment Inspectors)- Coordinate the Long Range Plan (LRP) for all tank work across the Refining and Midstream business units- Integrated tank related data, policies, resources and work processes of 9 U.S. based refineries and a large midstream organization- Contributed to over $26MM in sustainable cost savings in year one of standing up the organization.
