About Matt Norquist

Started out in business because I wasn\'t fast enough to make it around the track anymore. Okay, so there\'s a little more to that. I spent my HS and college years as an All-American Decathlete, with my final collegiate competition finishing in 5th Place All-American, on a broken ankle, mind you! And realizing this was not something I\'d do for the next 50 years. After some thinking and exploring, realized I\'d always been interested in understanding what separates the GOATs from everyone else. So the last 20 years have been focused on studying that, helping companies and leaders understand where they are great (and where they aren\'t)- and then making small to significant improvements based on those insights. It\'s been a lot of practice on myself and my organizations. Some have worked well, others not as well. This year we\'ll have made another step or two beyond where my clients and I were last year. Oh, and I\'ve started training for the decathlon again! There are still some Master\'s age world championships out there to find.
