I’ve built my career quite literally from the ground up, starting in the woodshop milling lumber and crafting custom cabinetry by hand. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: cabinet builder, installer, CNC machine operator, and designer using advanced tools to bring clients\' visions to life. That hands-on experience in the custom cabinetry world gave me a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship, precision, and design.My transition into the commercial side came with D12, where I’ve grown from a technical role into my current position as Business Development Manager. Today, I focus on driving strategic partnerships and securing large-scale projects across the cabinetry and countertop industry. I average $10 million in new business annually, helping clients bring their visions to reality through tailored, high-quality solutions and a consultative approach.What sets me apart is my end-to-end understanding of the process, from raw material to final installation, and my ability to translate that into value for commercial partners.
