Matt began his compliance journey as an intern at Shure, contributing to process improvements, documentation updates, and testing support. Matt earned his Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University Northwest, where he demonstrated leadership as Vice President and Secretary of the university’s chapter, inspiring technical innovation and student engagement.
