My wheel house is leading teams responsible for the recruiting and training of strategic business partners such as independent title abstract vendors, closing services vendors, attorney partners, and outsourced business process providers. Together we manage business transactions watchful of cost, compliance, service level, product quality, scalability, and process improvement. I am adept at recruiting, training, and managing both operations and vendor management professionals. The job is done when our vendors consistently meet service levels in production, turn time, quality, and compliance. I connect well with cross-axis stakeholders such as internal clients, legal departments, technology support, and leadership members to identify business partner fulfillment opportunities.    Oversee activities and maintain KPI’s for 40+-seat offshore support vendor team: annual review cycle, compensation review, and offshore holiday oversight. Assist with risk assessment, analyses, and valuations of current IT vendor engagement processes, new processes, and associated system implementations. Coordinate with management and leadership to create job descriptions and manage KPI’s for offshore vendors, direct contractor interviewing, and onboarding for new and backfill positions. Provide management with monthly reporting & reviews for contractor headcount actuals/forecast/expense, turnover trends, and roster changes. Maintain a repository of 200+ vendor agreements, contracts, other related documents. Orchestrate contract review, approval for extension or termination, and execution process within prescribed timeframes. Coordinate with IT Finance Manager to: o Establish vendor expense management and financial forecasting, manage approval of vendor invoices, and identify opportunities for cost reduction or revenue growth.o Monitor contracts and negotiate terms among 70+ IT Software and Hardware support vendors, realizing over in annual departmental savings, on average. Develop productive relationships across the organization via broad influencing techniques: collaboration, enterprise alignment, and business practice alignment.
