As a member of Jones Day\'s intellectual property group, my practice concentrates on IP litigation, with a primary focus on patent litigation. I represent clients in a variety of patent matters, including infringement actions in federal district courts and before the International Trade Commission (ITC). In addition, I represent clients in trade secret litigation in state and federal courts under the Uniform Trade Secrets Act (UTSA) and the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA).My litigation experience spans a variety of technologies across multiple industries ranging from vehicle suspension systems to medical devices and inventory management software. I have experience with every stage of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, initial pleadings, fact and expert discovery, depositions, claim construction, motion practice, trial, and post-trial briefing.
