About Matt Miller

20 year Marine veteran with 6 years enlisted time and 14 years commissioned service. I was selected for a highly competitive enlisted to officer program, and upon completing my degree, I served as an infantry officer. These years were highlighted by 4 combat tours with 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, as a Platoon Commander, Company Executive Officer, Company Commander, and Battalion Operations Officer. I retired in my last assignment as a Recruiting Station Commander. On 3 June 2014, I started the second chapter of my professional life serving as the Plant Manager at Lakeside, getting promoted to Director of Manufacturing in May of 2016 and VP of Manufacturing in Oct 2020.In April 2021, I joined The Phoenix Company as the Vice President of Operations.In Sept 2022, I joined the ER Wagner company as the Vice President of Operations. In November 2023, I was promoted to COO. In October 2025 I became the CEO at Viking Masek.
