   At Holland & Hart I am a member of the Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources group. From 2002 – 2010, I was an associate and partner at Holland & Hart with extensive experience in all aspects of mineral development and governmental affairs. During this time, I was listed by the Chambers publication as one of America’s “Best Lawyers\" and listed in the “Super Lawyer” publication as a “Rising Star.” I returned to Holland & Hart after spending three years as General Counsel for a technology/oil and gas company. As General Counsel, I was responsible for all legal, regulatory, land and governmental affairs work for a startup technology company. I also took the primary role of creating a state and federal regulatory scheme for a groundbreaking energy technology. I help clients work with the BLM, the EPA, and the Department of Interior at all levels. I also work with state regulatory agencies to help clients receive permits, defend permits and navigate the regulatory process. I maintain an active governmental affairs practice and assists clients with relationships with the Executive and Legislative branches of the Wyoming government. I am admitted to practice in Wyoming.
