OGL Software is a leading provider of ERP software solutions for stockists, distributors, merchants and wholesalers across the UK. Built on over 45 years’ experience, our in-house team of developers have created a suite of solutions, including our long-established product, prof.ITplus as well as the latest addition to our ERP portfolio, Profit4, to manage a range of key business processes including: CRM, Sales Order Processing, Stock Control & Management, Accounts & Invoicing, Assemblies & Kitting, Warehouse Management, Sales Analysis, Shopping Channel Integration (i.e. eBay and Amazon) and eCommerce integration. Our ERP solutions are used by hundreds of businesses and thousands of users to deliver greater efficiencies, improved productivity and increased profitability. We’re proud to be a family-run business working closely with our customers to deliver a first-class service and support them as they grow and drive their own businesses forward.In my role as Head of Customer Success, I get to work with all our 600+ customers ensuring that our ERP and eCommerce solutions continue to deliver value and support them in achieving their own strategic goals to achieve growth, profitability and success. My team of Customer Success Managers provide ongoing advice and guidance to customers to help them get the most out of their solutions as well as supporting them when they make the decision to transition from prof.ITplus to Profit4. I am proud of the strong relationships we have built up with our customers over the years and value their loyalty.
