None of us are home until all of us are home.Lead project manager for large-scale residential and commercial development, using combination of LIHTC, HOME, Supportive Housing Program, CDBG, AHP and other funding sources. Primary responsibilities include the daily management, monitoring and financing of multiple projects, including: securing public funding; managing LIHTC syndication; managing loan closing process; managing professional services contracts; managing construction and architectural contract process; managing contract with owner’s representative during building design and construction phase; and managing building turn-over to property management.
