Manage day to day operations of a high growth seed to sale recreational cannabis producer in Washington State.• Responsible for managing a team of 32 different people, across 3 departments and 7 different brands.• Led an initiative to diversify third party product sourcing, by establishing relationships with multiple different businesses to source new products and inputs for Cannaseur’s Choice brands.• Responsible for managing workflows and improving efficiencies in key areas of production and fulfilment.• Collaborate with sales team to deliver high priority orders, safely to stores in an efficient and time sensitive manner.• Responsible for identifying team members for cross training and role adjustment, as well as performing quarterly personal development plan meetings• Responsible for chairing corporate safety committee and improving safety and wellness within the organization.• Responsible for managing and keeping state mandated traceability software up to date and accurate.• Responsible for coordinating and facilitating smooth operation of critical elements of the supply chain; including but not limited to delivering completed orders to stores, efficient procurement of necessary inputs of production and safe acquisition of third-party material.Accomplishments:• Purchased, inspected, and allocated between 200-300 pounds of cannabis material per month, to develop into over 150 new SKU’s for Cannaseur’s Choice.• Implemented workflow efficiency improvements across 3 different departments to achieve a sustained 65% improvement in order turnaround times.• Audited and maintained state mandated traceability system to comply with every state inspection without incurring a violation.• Worked collaboratively with sales team to achieve year over year revenue growth for 16 straight months.
