With almost 20 years of diverse tax experience, my primary focus is advising middle market businesses in the manufacturing and distribution industries, as well as companies that have international operations or are foreign-owned. I have extensive experience in entity-level tax planning, including federal, state, and local tax minimization strategies, helping business owners from incorporation to exit.I am a graduate of Wright State University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Masters of Accountancy. When not collaborating with clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children.
