This includes significant changes to streamline master-planned mixed-use projects, rural residential, food truck permits, and planned development projects. Major Projects Advisory: Providing subject matter expertise to the Town Manager’s office on infrastructure investment and economic development initiatives. This includes advising on a $20 million road improvement project, developer agreements, and the redevelopment of a minor league baseball stadium.
