Driving efficiencies and using technology to meet the long term sustainability targets, with specific focus on Selfridges re-sale (pre-loved), rental and reduction of technical footprint strategies- Created the architecture and oversaw the launch for the in-house built Selfridges Unlocked customer reward scheme, which includes NFC based check-in for events, restaurants and services, eGift Voucher rewards and integrations with all customer facing technologies- Created the architecture and oversaw the launch for the ReSelfridges circular proposition supporting the buyback of selected luxury products, including automated quotes for customers, automation of eGift Vouchers for accepted luxury items and integration with all transactional systems to create and manage inventory- Created the architecture and oversaw the launch of Selfridges custom built personalisation and recommendation engine- Created the architecture and oversaw the launch of Selfridges Clientelling and Personal Shopping tool REACH- Oversaw proof of concepts for product attribution using image recognition (using Amazon Rekognition and Amazon Bedrock) and generation of product copy using LLMs (using OpenAI).
