Leads all elements of District’s energy conservation incentive funding and associated project implementation.• Responsible for utilities-related budget and resource use; monitor and forecast the District’s utility resource use and develop strategic plans for reducing resource use. • Develops close working relationships with internal stakeholders and departments to promote wise resource use and share life-cycle cost information in advance of capital improvement projects conducted as part of the largest school bond in State history. • Advocates for sustainable and cost-effective design during the new school design process. Review and provide recommendations related to utilities resource optimization, life-cycle costs, and building system integration. • Represents the District in a range of community and industry venues in order to bring exposure to the District’s proactive investment in energy efficiency.
