   Manages a team of support representatives who are responsible for the creation of SO’s, PO’s, & JO’s.Leads weekly meetings & quarterly QBR’s with customers to review weekly fulfillment numbers, procurement needs, production updates, & updates on any current projects we may be working on.Regularly holds meetings with Production to discuss on-going projects, production schedules, or ECO changes. Managing the internal implementation of an ERP System working with IT and Operations to prepare the data, test the system, on-board customers, and work with operations on bugs/improvements while assuring a successful go-live.Consults with the customer and/or the operations team on process improvements for cost benefits. Creates the monthly invoice for customers which includes charges such as labor, procurement, fulfillment, freight, etc so the accounting team can send the invoice. Assists with managing the preparation for the ISO audit by preparing the internal operations teams with training and document preparation.Creates and updates internal SOP’s, Procedures, & Work Instructions. Also trains team members as well as maintains the document records within the Quality Management System.Manages the ECO process within operations for customers.
