As Head of Supply Chain Technology at JD Sports, I’m responsible for delivering the systems and tools that keep our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently across the UK and Europe. I manage the rollout and integration of key platforms like WMS, TMS, LMS, and warehouse automation, making sure they support day-to-day operations and long-term growth.I work closely with teams across logistics, IT, and operations to ensure our technology meets real business needs. Whether it’s improving fulfilment speed, increasing accuracy, or supporting new sites, my focus is on practical, well-executed solutions that make a real difference to how we move products and serve customers.
