He has over 20 years experience in Law Enforcement and most of those as an investigator and a Special Agent in Charge. As a Special Agent he was part of developing training programs for federal, state, local law enforcement, and at times the general public in regards to T.C.A. sections relating to alcoholic beverages and schedule IV controlled substances laws.
