I have a strong background computing primarily in Microsoft technologies. Although, the experience I have gained, coupled with my quick learning style, means that my knowledge covers a broad range of technologies with specific depth of knowledge in Windows client-server architecture, LAN/WAN support, Office applications and bespoke system support.I am a hardworking, responsible and enthusiastic person who can adapt to working in many different situations and exhibit this attitude in every task for which I take ownership. My track record shows success in both team and individual work and due to my experience I am skilled in conversing with everyone from a Managing Director to a team colleague in a suitable and appropriate style. My current role has involved a lot of customer interaction on a support basis managed through an internal helpdesk. I have also designed solutions based on specific customer requirements, ensuring they are delivered with to a high standard and supported well after the initial installation
